To request e-flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your e-flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online.

• Visit PeachJar and register as an Enrichment / Community Organization (account type)

• Upload your flyer for approval

Your e-flyer will be automatically submitted to the Mesquite ISD Communications Department. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the district policy and the guidelines outlined on this page. 

Should an outside organization’s flyer be denied, the posting organization will be notified electronically, and a refund will be provided as an account credit after 30 days. 

The District must approve e-flyers for nonprofit entities, youth sports clubs, and other youth organizations for distribution through Peachjar. Local sports leagues or teams wishing to post fliers must be endorsed by the City of Mesquite Parks and Recreation Department and/or use City of Mesquite facilities for practice or play.

The guidelines for approval of electronic flyers to be posted through Peachjar are as follows:

• Commercial advertising will not be approved.

• Flyers from FOR-PROFIT entities will not be approved for distribution.

• Flyers promoting any particular political interest, candidate, party, or ballot measure will not be approved.

• All flyers must be submitted electronically through Peachjar for approval.

• An organization should allow three business days for approval before flyers are posted.

If you provided your email address to your school, a Peachjar account has been established for you, and you should have received an email from Peachjar. You do not need to log in to receive or view e-flyers. If you did not provide your email address and would like to receive Peachjar e-flyers, contact your school office to add your email address to your child's contact information.

If you are not receiving emails from Peachjar, there are two possible reasons:

Your email address is not on file with your school. Contact your school office to add it to your child's contact information in Skyward. You can also click the FAQs link below for other instructions on adding it to the Peachjar distribution list.

The Peachjar emails are going into your spam folder, or you can't see the images in the email. To prevent the e-flyers from going into your spam folder, add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts. When you receive your first e-flyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

Peachjar is used exclusively to distribute school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
