Class of 2019 Notice of Special Education Records Destruction and Pickup Opportunity

In accordance with state retention policies, notice is hereby given that the Special Education records for students who graduated or exited from services in the 2018–19 school year are scheduled for destruction. Before these records are safely destroyed, former students or their legally authorized representatives have the opportunity to pick up their original Special Education files. Dates available for record pick up are June 2 – 16, 2026.

  • Mesquite Independent School District offers career and technical education programs in Architecture and Construction, Arts, A/V Technology, and Communications, Business, Marketing, and Finance, Education and Training, Health Science, Hospitality and Tourism, Human Services, Information Technology, Law and Public Service, Manufacturing, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics.  Admission to these programs is dependent upon interest and aptitude, age appropriateness and availability of class space.
