Class of 2026

Jessica exemplifies excellence across academics, leadership, and the arts as the salutatorian for the MHS Class of 2026. A dedicated leader in Business Professionals of America (BPA), she serves as both the Area 3 Region 1 Texas BPA Regional President and MHS BPA President, where she has connected with more than 650 students, organized large-scale conferences, and confidently delivered presentations to large audiences.

Beyond BPA, Jessica leads as president of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), competes in UIL Academics, and represents her peers as a Mesquite Youth Councilmember. She is also an active member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society, and participates in the Texas High School Visual Art Scholastic Event as both an artist and a volunteer.

Through these experiences, Jessica reflects the strong foundation of leadership, service, and opportunity fostered in Mesquite ISD as she prepares to pursue a future centered on innovation and problem-solving.

Jessica plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin to study computer engineering.
