- Simplify your daily workflows: ParentSquare streamlines the number of tools you use, enabling you to manage all communication and engagement from one place.
- Real‑time two‑way messaging: Teachers can send one‑to‑one or group messages to families via text, email, app or web; the platform supports auto‑translation into 190+ languages, enabling true two‑way communication.
- Signups and volunteering: Simplified sign‑up sheets make it easy to organize parent‑teacher conferences, volunteering and donations.
- Posts, newsletters and templates: Use the Studio Editor to create polished posts or newsletters and templates for routine communications.
- Conference scheduling: Teachers can set available appointment times for parent‑teacher meetings so parents can reserve a slot.
- Customization and notifications: Teachers can personalize notification settings to control how they receive messages.
Accessing ParentSquare

All staff members are connected to ParentSquare through their Mesquite ISD Gmail accounts.

Find the ParentSquare icon in the Staff Portal for single sign-on, or from a web browser, go to Visit parentsquare.com/signin and click "Sign in with Google."

We also encourage all staff to download the ParentSquare smartphone app from the Apple Store or Google Play

You will receive notifications from MISD even if you do not download the ParentSquare app.
